Vermont is my home and my place is with the animals.

It’s been quite a journey so far! In 2023 I will celebrate 25 years with my husband Keith and 20 years in my grooming career. I have much to be thankful for.

I hold a BA in Psychology from UVM and a Certificate in Massage Therapy from the VT School of Professional Massage. I also have my Reiki I attunement.

I am grateful for my family and friends, my professional relationships and the hundreds of animals who shaped me into who I am today. I am truly fortunate to spend my days with the incredibly capable, talented and inspired men and women who are my co-workers. Most of all, I am humbled by the resiliency and open heartedness of our animal friends. Their love and acceptance is astounding.

Keith and I have fostered/adopted many, many dogs over the years. They are from all over the US, brought to VT by various dedicated volunteer driven rescue organizations including: Franklin County Animal Rescue, Humane Society of Chittenden County, and All Breed Rescue. We have even inherited a few from our clients!

Our family today has three fantastic dogs! Midge (ABR alum), her little buddy Theo, whom we inherited from Keith’s mom and in December 2022 we adopted 12 year old Betty, a Schnauzer. They are besties.

We remember the dogs who came before them: Chee Chee, Jack Maroo, Charlotte, Jay Jay, Benji, Willis and our beloved Howard. Rest in peace friends. My heart is full.
