My best days are spent working with animals. When I’m not grooming well loved dogs, you can find me at the barn with my 4 horses, an energetic paint named Rosie, a fearless Arabian named Moon, Toby, a draft and a horse I’ve been admiring for a very long time, Twister. I also have one of most intelligent (not bragging!) Border Collies named Cimber and a Lab called Charlie.
The barn is my happy place. In addition to caring for boarding horses, I’ve also worked with both dairy and beef cattle. My decision to transition into grooming a couple of years ago was not a surprise to anyone! I had groomed our family Lhasa Apso for many years and found that I have the unique talent of being both right AND left handed! We now have short haired dogs and since grooming brings me joy, and I happen to have a knack for it, I’ve chosen it as my career.
I am excited to be on the team here at Doggie Styles. I feel right at home.
